Refund Policy

Before the process begins: If you have paid and decide not to proceed before our first coaching session, you are entitled to a full refund. Please notify me as soon as possible by email.

During the process: If you decide to stop coaching mid-process, you will receive a refund for all remaining unused sessions, calculated at the per-session rate of your package.

​

Per-session rates:

• Focus (5 sessions, 50 min): €60 per session

• Core (12 sessions, 50 min): €40.83 per session

• Deep Work (12 sessions, 90 min): €65.83 per session

Refunds are processed within 14 days of your cancellation request via the original payment method.

Session cancellations

• Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.

• Late cancellations may be counted as a completed session. In exceptional circumstances I may offer flexibility.

• If I need to cancel or reschedule, I will notify you as soon as possible and we will find an alternative time. You will never lose a session due to a cancellation on my end. If we are unable to find an alternative time, an additional session will be added to your package at no extra cost.
