What data I collect and why
Contact form: When you submit a contact form on this website, I receive your name, email address, phone number, and message. I use this to respond to your inquiry. This data is stored in my email inbox.
Booking a call: When you request an intro call, I receive your contact details via email. I use these to schedule and confirm the call via Zoom.
Coaching clients: If you become a client, I store your contact details and coaching notes in Google Drive. This data helps me provide the coaching service and track progress over time.
Email communications: If you subscribe to updates via the website, I store your email address and may use it to send you updates, offers, workshops, or events. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or contacting me directly.
Payments: Payments are processed via PayPal or bank transfer. I do not store your payment details. PayPal's own privacy policy applies to transactions made through their platform.

How long I keep your data: I retain client contact details and coaching notes for 5 years after our last session. After this period, your data will be deleted unless you have returned as a client.
