About Guy
The Person Behind the Work
I grew up surrounded by expectations — success, achievement, becoming something significant.
Without realizing it, I built my identity around them. My worth became tied to results, recognition, and performance.
When I relocated abroad with my partner, everything that had defined me disappeared overnight.
No recognition, no achievements, no familiar ground. And without them, I didn't know who I was.
It showed up everywhere — in my relationship, my confidence, the way I showed up day to day. I tried to change. I genuinely wanted to. But the reality stayed the same, no matter what I did.
The hardest part wasn't the circumstances. It was being truly honest with myself — meeting myself in the uncomfortable places, the uncertainty, the parts I had been avoiding for years.
I understood that alone, I wasn't going to fix this. So I turned to coaching.
That's where I learned what was actually running me. For the first time, there was quiet. Real clarity. Satisfaction that didn't depend on the next result.
What I realized was also what had been missing for me all along — and what I had unknowingly been giving to others.
