Nature of the service: I offer personal coaching services focused on clarity, self-awareness, decision-making, and sustainable personal development. Coaching is not therapy, medical treatment, psychological counseling, or legal or financial advice. If you require any of these services, please seek an appropriate professional.
How the process works: Before purchasing a coaching package, clients book a free intro call. I manually review and confirm all booking requests. A coaching relationship begins only after the intro call and mutual agreement to work together.
Payment: Payment is made in full before the coaching process begins, via PayPal or bank transfer. I will send you a payment request after the intro call.
Right of withdrawal: In accordance with German consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact me at Tourgemanguy@coachinguy.com before the first session takes place. If coaching has already begun within the 14-day period at your explicit request, the right of withdrawal applies only to sessions not yet completed.
Session format: All sessions are conducted online via Zoom. Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement and confirmed via email.
Cancellation policy

Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 2 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or no-shows may be counted as a completed session, at my discretion.

In exceptional circumstances, I may offer flexibility on a case-by-case basis.

If I need to cancel or reschedule a session, I will notify you as soon as possible, and we will find an alternative time. You will never lose a session due to a cancellation on my end. If we are unable to find an alternative time, an additional session will be added to your package at no extra cost.
Refund policy

If you cancel before the coaching process begins, you are entitled to a full refund.

If you cancel mid-process, you will receive a refund for the remaining unused sessions, calculated at the per-session rate of the package purchased.

Example: 12 session Core package at €490 = €40.83 per session. If 6 sessions remain, refund = €245.

No refunds are issued for sessions already completed.
No outcome guarantee: Coaching results depend on the client's engagement, effort, and commitment. I do not guarantee specific outcomes. What I commit to is showing up fully prepared and present for every session.
Confidentiality: Everything discussed in sessions is confidential. I will not share your information with third parties unless required by law.
Minors: This service is available to adults only (18+).
Governing law: These terms are governed by German law.
